ACHIEVEMENTS

картинка1 картинка2      A new scientific direction in modern materials science was developed due to vigorous activity of the researchers. The development of this direction resulted in establishment of the International Steering Committee and regular international conferencing on nanomaterials processed by SPD.

Theoretical findings on fundamentals of bulk nanostructured metallic materials production, application of SPD and other techniques have been represented in 12 monographs, more than 300 papers published in leading academic international journals, international and Russian conference proceedings and minutes of meetings.

The main theoretical ideas of nanostructured materials fabrication are included into various course manuals, educational programs and lecture courses for students of physicotechnical, metallurgic and engineering qualifications. 10 Ph.D. theses and over 30 habilitation theses have been presented on this topic.

Certificates and medals for pioneering development of pilot samples and products from nanostructure materials
